    Confirmation by Client of Manpower Requirements

    Mobilization of applicants by  UGMR  thru

    • Data bank
    • Referrals
    • Advertisements
    • Other sources

    Pre-selection and shortlisting by UGMR  

    • CVs screening
    • Preliminary Interview
    • Written Examination for professional & skilled workers, where necessary.

    Final selection thru CVs by UGMR   

    • Trade test (if requested by Client)
    • CVs of pre-selected workers sent to the client     
    • Evaluation by the client of candidate files
    • If selected employment is offered by the client

    OR

    Pre-selection thru Interviews by UGMR   

    • Trade test (if requested by Client)
    • Evaluation by UGMR of candidate thru interview
    • If pre-selected, appraisal & Salary will be confirmed by the client with the final employment offer.

    Final selection by Client in UGMR  offices

    • Final interviews
    • Testing administered by the client
    • Appraisal and evaluation of candidates by the client
    • Short-listing of selected candidates by the Client
    • Employment offer by the Client

    Requirements for deployment to be submitted by the applicants to UGMR

    • Medical examination with  a passing remark (direct from the medical clinic)
    • NBI clearance (National Bureau of Investigation)
    • Valid passport (at least 2 years validity)
    • OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) released by the POEA
    • Photographs
    • Authenticated education certificates and PRC License for Professionals
    • Authenticated license and LTO certificates for Drivers and Operators
    • Pre-departure orientation seminar

    Documentation followed up by UGMR  

    • Visa stamping at the Embassy
    • Airplane ticket requisition in special cases
    • Flight reservation and confirmation
    • Departure
