Conveyor Supervisor
Job main task & Accountabilities:
- Experience in Mining & Heavy Industry
- Proven experience in conveyor belt service, repair and maintenance with at least 15 yrs
- Experience in a supervisor or team lead role
- Good Communication and leadership skills and ability to train and motivate teams
- Certified by ALMEX Training or Similar Institute
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude and familiarity with conveyor system tools, equipment and splicing techniques
- Beginner to intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in MICROSOFT WORD,EXCEL and OUTLOOK preferred.
