Fashion Sales Advisor
Job main task & Accountabilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their style and needs
- Provide styling advice and product knowledge to enhance the customer’s shopping experience
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer service and upselling
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are attractive and on-brand
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Monitor inventory levels, restock items, and participate in stocktaking activities
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and fashion trends
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required
- Candidate must be at least high school graduate
- Previous experience in retail or fashion sales is preferred
- Strong interest in fashion and current trends
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer - oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays
